Peter Surace
Montclair State University - BFA Musical Theatre
Peter Surace is now a Senior BFA Musical Theater Major at Montclair State University. He is currently in the ensemble of The Threepenny Opera which will run from November 13 - 16, 2014, at the Alexander Kasser Theatre at MSU (located in Upper Montclair, NJ). Additional MSU credits include Wilbur Wright in the University Premiere of Maltby and Shire's Take Flight, Gabriel in Kiss of the Spiderwoman, a horse in Equus, and an ensemble member in 42nd Street, Carousel, and A Chorus Line. Peter just finished his first summerstock season at Ocean Professional Theatre Company in Barnegat, NJ where he played Buck Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde and was a member of the ensemble in Call Me Madam, Singin' in the Rain, Chicago and Crazy for You. At WHS Peter played Sweeney Todd in Sweeney Todd (Rising Star Nomination), King Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream, John Jasper in The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Joe Russo in To See the Stars, Fred Graham in Kiss Me Kate (Rising Star Nomination), and Billy Crocker in Anything Goes.
